The mission of the Stadium Experience team is to create a famously exceptional guest experience and lasting memories for all guests visiting Nissan Stadium. The Stadium Experience Intern will assist in the day-to-day management of the Fan Services Team and the experience at Nissan Stadium.
This is a summer internship beginning ideally in late April and will conclude at or around August 1st. The Stadium Experience Intern will be limited to 30 hours per week and will be paid at the rate of $18 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the overall team member experience operation on event days and non-event days
Assist in event day preparation and stadium setup
Provide support to Fan Services team members during events
Research industry trends and best practices to support Fan Experience programs & initiatives
Qualifications:
Current undergraduate or graduate collegiate student. Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Event Planning, Sport Management, or related field preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Effective problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Must be able to work all major stadium events (this includes nights and weekends)
Passion for working in the sports industry, positive attitude, strong work ethic, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity are required
