Under the direction of the Video Director, the Video Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of video production, management, and distribution to support the Titans' football operations. Responsibilities:
- Support and educate coaches, scouts, and other personnel on video software and meeting room technology.
- Manage the importing, storage, and sharing of assigned incoming video.
- Assist the Video Director in training, mentoring, and leading the video staff, ensuring efficiency and quality in all video-related tasks.
- Assist in coordinating the filming of all practices and workouts.
- Produce weekly cut-ups, auto-filters, and reports as requested by coaches.
- Coordinate technology and camera set up before each practice.
- Vendor Communication: Routine contact with video-related vendors for troubleshooting, support, and hardware replacements.
- Film sideline angle at all games and practices up to NFL Video standards.
- Assist in video preparation for scouting meetings, player evaluations, and draft preparations.
- Assist in organization and maintenance of video equipment and supplies.
- Assist with basic post-production requests from coaches.
- Work with Video Director to evaluate and strategize innovative hardware and software additions.
- Work closely with Football Operations, IT, Digital Media, Analytics, and Development team to optimize video solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 4 years full-time experience in professional or collegiate football video setting
- Experience managing or assisting in managing a collegiate or professional football video staff
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in a related field preferred
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional work hours including nights, weekends and holidays. Team Travel to away games is required
- Advanced experience working with professional-grade cameras and audio equipment
- Advanced experience with Video programs and software including but not limited to, Catapult Thunder, PFF Ultimate, Telemetry, Adobe Premiere
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with simultaneous deadlines
