What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application Support Analyst position at TENNESSEE VALLEY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION?
JOB SUMMARY : The Application Support Analyst is charged with responding to troubleshooting, product update / release requests, and new implementation for the credit union’s 3^rd party applications that integrate with the credit union’s core system.
You will be responsible for all aspects of installing new or enhanced software applications, working with the credit union’s departments as they prepare for the installation of the software, as well as post-installation training assist and support.
The types of systems included but not limited in this support role will be consumer, commercial, and real estate loan origination systems, account opening systems, collections and other 3^rd party solutions that support the credit union.
This role is vital to a successful implementation and support of our 3^rd party applications and will help strengthen the usage of the systems to support the credit union’s mission. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for all aspects of 3rd party systems under TVFCU control including, but not limited to, version updates, product updates and / or additions, user permissions and site functionality.
- Analyzes the credit union’s existing products / processes and consults with the system business owners to map the system to the credit union’s core system.
- Oversees / performs system set-up for the department applications (i.e., parameter set-up, creates job files for processing, etc.).
Ensures related business processes will run on software.
