**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate excavators and skid steers to perform tasks such as digging, grading, and leveling land.
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of grading and land preparation.
- Utilize grading and leveling techniques to achieve desired terrain profiles and elevations.
- Maintain and inspect equipment before and after use, performing minor repairs and reporting major issues.
- Adhere to safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other construction workers and project managers to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience operating excavators and skid steers in construction or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of grading and land leveling techniques.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and make precise adjustments as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and relevant heavy equipment certifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
**Physical Requirements:**

- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Stamina to work in various weather conditions.
