What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Aide Fulton position at Tennessee Valley Regional Housing Authority?
Minimum Qualifications : Must have a high school diploma or have passed the General Education Development (GED) test. Apprenticeship skill of at least one year, or equivalent experience in one of the following crafts : electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, or utility service. Refrigerant certification as required by 40 CFR part 82 Subpart f. Equivalent experience as a general utility or maintenance mechanic in an industrial or commercial establishment is also acceptable. Must be physically able to perform duties which invove bending, climbing and heavy lifting. Possess ability to operate tractors, lawnmowers saws, and small power toos, and to make minor repairs to grass cutting equipment.Must Be able to travel, operate a motor vehicle, and meet Housing Authority drive approval standards.
