Job Overview
As a key member of our team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting tasks, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with accounting software, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
· Financial Recordkeeping: Accurately maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
· Accounts Management: Process both accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation of all transactions.
· Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
· Payroll Processing: Process payroll in compliance with tax regulations, including accurate commission tracking and recording.
· Invoice & Payment Tracking: Oversee and track invoices, payments, and company expenses.
· Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of weekly financial reports and support month-end closing procedures.
· Document Organization: Ensure financial records are organized, properly logged, and easily accessible for auditing and reporting purposes.
· Tax Compliance: Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
· Additional Tasks: Perform other related financial and administrative duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Work Schedule:
· Day shift, Monday to Friday
· 8-hour shift, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks or experience with similar accounting software.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
· In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
· Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
· Strong ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with payroll platforms.
Desired Qualification:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Previous experience working with ADP payroll systems is highly preferred.
