We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team at Tennessee Water & Air Technology. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Your contributions will help us continue to deliver exceptional service and quality products to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries.
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely arrival with client appointments .
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Support marketing initiatives while we promote our water and air treatment solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
