Overview
TenneX Legal is hiring an experienced Florida-based paralegal to assist attorneys with high-volume legal document preparation in family law and civil litigation. This role requires strong drafting, legal research, and case management skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal motions, oppositions, amendments, and pleadings for attorneys.
- Prepare requests for hearings, orders for default judgment, modifications of custody and child support, and enforcement motions.
- Identify and correct deficiencies in legal filings.
- Conduct detailed legal research to support attorneys in case preparation.
- Maintain professional communication with attorneys regarding case updates and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in Florida family law and civil litigation.
- Extensive experience in legal drafting, research, and procedural filings.
- Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures, case law, and e-filing requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
This is a fully remote role with consistent legal document preparation work.
