What are the responsibilities and job description for the Terrain Park Maintenance position at Tenney Resort & Recreation LLC?
Position Summary : Terrain Park Maintenance crew members are responsible for overseeing the layout, maintenance, and repair of all features within the terrain park. Additionally, other duties will be necessary such as ensuring safety standards are met, and providing proper education to guests on best practices of terrain park usage.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Actively maintain and repair all features of the terrain park including but not limited to :
- Jumps, rails, boxes, landings, shaping of snow
- Making the essential repairs as needed to ensure safety standards are met
- Monitoring rider activity
- Providing education to our guests about proper use and etiquette at the terrain park
- Must prioritize rider safety and a positive guest experience
- Post proper park signage and closures
- Respond to incidents by contacting the appropriate persons to assist when needed
- Gather reports on status of the terrain park on a daily / weekly basis
