- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist members, provide detailed information about programs and services, and cultivate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Facility Operations: Handled court reservations, class registrations, and guest interactions; assisted with pro shop sales; helped maintain a clean and organized space.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior MSA and Member Services Manager, attend staff meetings and training sessions, and provide administrative support as needed.
- Previous customer service experience (hospitality or sports industry experience is a plus!).
- Strong communication skills—friendly, professional, and clear.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable using MS Office, Google Suite, and scheduling systems.
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering great service.
- Tennis experience isn’t required, but if you love the game, even better!
- Currently, we are looking for the following shifts:
- Weekdays: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm/Close
- Weekends: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Starting pay: $21/hr., with opportunities for performance-based raises.
