What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Analyst position at TENNOVA HEALTHCARE-JEFFERSON MEMORL?
Under general direction, responsible for the identification of complex quality issues through analyzing data and preparing reports. Develops possible solutions to quality management issues and may design and implement processes necessary to make these changes. Experience 1-3 years in an acute care facility and demonstrates a clear working knowledge of general hospital operations, JCAHO, OSHA, Medicare COP, and state requirements. Prefer 1-3 years experience in Quality Management.
