We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support while managing various office tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
- Maintain and organize office files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing reports.
Skills
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in an office setting.
- Proven experience as a receptionist.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer support.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
