Responsibilities:
- Operate and program CNC machines to cut and shape materials according to specifications.
- Create and modify technical drawings using CAD software to meet production requirements.
- Develop and optimize CAM programs for efficient CNC machining.
- Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and equipment as needed.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy.
- Ensure the highest quality standards in all processes and products.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and designs.
- Maintain CNC equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operating CNC machines.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and CAM programming.
- Forklift certification or proven experience operating a forklift. (optional)
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, measurements, and tolerances.
- Ability to work with various materials (e.g., metals, plastics, composites).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and detailed drawings based on specifications provided by engineers or project managers.
- Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure designs meet operational requirements.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to facilitate the assembly line process.
- Assist in the tooling design for machining processes, ensuring compatibility with milling machines and other factory equipment.
- Conduct revisions of existing drawings based on feedback or changes in project scope.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drafts, revisions, and related materials.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is required.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical drawing standards.
- Familiarity with machining processes, including CAM programming, is a plus.
- Experience working in a factory or assembly line environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of measurement tools such as calipers and their application in drafting is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
