Job Description
The Project Manager shall be responsible for the successful coordination of large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same common / standard / field system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer, the task order-level TMs, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Directly contributes to program efforts in several areas, including, schedule estimation and tracking, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. Ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the project. Shall direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.
Education/Experience
Eight (8) years’ experience in managing projects and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government is required. Bachelor's degree from and accredited college or university. Six (6) years’ demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required. Four (4) years of additional project management experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Salary: $175,000-$200,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position, but is not guaranteed. Salary is based on experience, location and contractual requirements which could fall outside of the range listed.
Required Skills
Five (5) years of demonstrated experience is required in the domain items described below:
- Experience with ITSM
- Experience with tactical SIGINT processing and distribution
