To support our rapid growth, we're seeking a motivated Product Manager to join our team.

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager with a passion for technology and innovation to lead the development and management of our AI cloud services. This role involves working closely with engineering teams, sales, marketing, and customers to deliver products that meet market needs and exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful product management in the tech or AI industry.

What you'll do

Define the product strategy and roadmap for TensorWave's AI cloud services, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and market demands.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features and services.
Conduct market research and engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback on product offerings.
Analyze competitive offerings and market trends to identify unique opportunities and challenges.
Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support sales efforts.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, making data-driven decisions to improve product offerings continually.
Prioritize product features and manage the product development backlog.
Develop detailed product requirements and ensure clear communication and collaboration between all stakeholders involved in the product development process.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

3 years of product management experience in the technology or AI industry.

Strong understanding of cloud computing, AI technologies, and the competitive landscape.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally, managing relationships with developers, designers, and marketing teams.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.

Agile / Scrum experience is a plus.
