JOB DESCRIPTION :
We’re changing the world of streaming video and looking for a dedicated Senior Software Engineer to be a key contributor to the team while driving the technical design, implementation, and improvement of services. This project will create a new way to associate, aggregate, normalize, and distribute metadata for downstream use. Relational database experience is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- This role involves a range of responsibilities related to software development and management within the Content Metadata domain.
- Design well-architected solutions and deliver on them with code that is easy to develop and maintain.
- Lead technical design and implementation of new features.
- Participate in project phasing and delivery together with your manager, team lead and Technical Project Managers.
- Identify areas of improvement in our systems and workflows.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Take a user-centric approach to implementation.
