What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Analyst position at Tentek?
Seeking a System Analyst for Enterprise-wide digital transformation projects involving a large set of stake-holders & dependencies.
Duties :
1) System Analysis for Assigned Projects & Enhancements to new or existing systems Following Honda's SDLC methodology (Agile & Waterfall) and deliverables
2) Workshop facilitation (e.g. JAD Sessions), data analysis, business process and workflow analysis
3) Gather, refine, and validate complex business requirements and combine into a clear and prioritized backlog.
4) Occasionally manage project plan, staff tasks and progress & report status
5) Co-ordinate, schedule and chair meetings with multiple stakeholders & distribute meeting minutes
6) Supporting Production Systems as needed
7) Creating & executing test cases(Whitebox & blackbox) that involve complex batch and online processing
8) Create presentation & communication material relevant to a variety of stake holders including business?
4 to 6 years of relevant technical or business work experience
Position Success Criteria :
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
4 yrs of relevant Technical or Business work experience
The candidate must display the following technical competencies :
- Basic knowledge of business requirement and corporate priorities
- Basic ability to gather / refine complex business requirements, recommend or make decisions on business requirements / interdependencies
- Basic ability to develop complex business cases
- Basic ability to create impact analysis to make recommendations
- Basic ability to present and defend complex positions and strategies for business decisions processes and plans
- Basic knowledge of compliance, governance structures and audit principles
- Basic understanding of the business architecture and its relationship to other architectures
- Basic ability to assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management
