Job Description
- Patient Assessment and Care Planning:
- Perform thorough assessments of patients’ physical and mental health status.
- Identify and document patient needs, problems, and care goals.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Patient Care and Management:
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, monitoring, and intervention.
- Observe patients closely for changes in behavior, physical health, or emotional state and respond appropriately.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients in the unit, employing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
