Account Executive ( Principal/ AVP level)
Onsite in Tampa
Role Overview:
As a leader in Tenth Revolution Group Sales, you will establish TRG as a key partner to both existing and new customers of all sizes. You will work to understand the talent challenges our current and potential customers face and create the right solutions to address those challenges. This role blends business development, solution sales, and managing delivery/ongoing project engagements.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts to win high-value clients for Tenth Revolution Group
- Build relationships with key clients
- Develop strategies to grow the client base and implement targeted sales plans
- Deliver customized, executive-level presentations outlining our services
- Engage with current and prospective clients to optimize potential
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client business strategies and tailor solutions
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and management
- Expand relationships with existing customers by identifying additional service opportunities
- Act on leads from strategic alliances, field operations, and marketing
- Respond to tender requests and write compelling proposals to win business
- Negotiate terms of business from both commercial and legal perspectives
- Ensure appropriate handover of established clients to internal teams
What We Need From You:
- Substantial business development experience across organizations of all sizes
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the highest level
- Experience in proposal writing, presentations, and tender submissions
- Strong presentation skills and market knowledge
- Customer-centric approach
Essential Experience:
- 5 years of high-value business development experience in staffing, recruitment, or IT
- Proven success in winning mid-to-large-scale enterprise clients
- Experience in negotiating terms and contracts with clients
- In-depth understanding of high-value client engagement models in our industry
- Expertise in delivering best practices and methodology
