We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and system optimizations for clients. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, configure Business Central solutions, and ensure a smooth transition to the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Central implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Work with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the system.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support post-implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with development teams for customizations, integrations, and third-party applications.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Business Central modules, workflows, and configurations.
- Experience with data migration, system testing, and post-go-live support.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with Power Platform, APIs, and third-party integrations is a plus.
- Microsoft certifications in Business Central are preferred.
