🔧 Primary Responsibilities:
- 🛠️ Provide technical input into the purchase, modification, and continuous improvement of a wide variety of electrical equipment and systems.
- 🧠 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and risk reduction.
- 📈 Contribute to design reviews, equipment specifications, and engineering documentation.
- 🧑💼 Represent the electrical discipline in project planning, construction oversight, and vendor interactions.
- 🔍 Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures or underperformance.
- ♻️ Assist in driving process improvements and energy efficiency initiatives across facilities.
✅ Qualifications:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s a plus!)
- 🧰 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering (preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors)
- 📚 Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, codes (e.g. CAD, NEC, IEEE), and power distribution
- 🗣️ Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly
