- Serve as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 support agent, delivering first-level support for Microsoft-based products, including Windows OS and Office 365.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to enhance the effective use of Microsoft applications..
- Perform system monitoring to maintain optimal performance and security.
- Manage and track support tickets in the Help Desk system, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
- Identify and implement improvements for Help Desk operations to support all tenants and team members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office365, Windows Servers/Operating Systems, and hardware support.
- Expertise in networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Proven experience in IT Help Desk or a similar role.
