Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the NetSuite application to ensure it meets business needs and objectives.
- Deliver daily support to end-users, promoting best practices to enhance their knowledge and proficiency in NetSuite.
- Create and manage user roles and permissions to uphold system security and integrity.
- Oversee the integration of NetSuite with other critical business systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operational teams to identify and analyze requirements, translating them into process and system enhancements.
- Work with external consultants to customize and configure NetSuite for improved workflows, reporting, and data outputs.
- Develop and implement a strategy for NetSuite upgrades, facilitating the seamless integration of new features.
- Create, document, and enforce policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain data integrity and manage customization and usage protocols.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience working in NetSuite
- Experienece in NetSuite, Shopify, and Celigo
- Bachelors degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or Operations
