Tenth Revolution Group is a global recruiting firm that is rapidly building a Data & AI Sales Recruitment function, already establishing key client relationships with top Databricks and Snowflake partners. Our clients are looking for experienced, hungry and talented AE pros and leaders to be a part of their next stages of growth across multiple geos and verticals! As one of their early members of the GTM Sales team, you'll work closely with leadership to strategize the sales roadmap, work hard and have fun doing it!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Target leaders at relevant orgs, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and develop a deep understanding of the market, competition, and identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Run full-cycle sales, prioritizing pipeline growth and driving leads to a close.
- Conduct demos and lead presentations to a broad range of stakeholders.
- Build sales collateral and share learnings to help increase the efficiency of the sales process.
- Act as a voice of the customer, providing critical feedback to internal teams.
- Develop warm outbound strategies.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 4 years in a new business quota-carrying, full cycle sales role in Data & AI B2B Services.
- Ideally you have 3 years of experience selling into enterprise accounts with the ability to influence and manage multiple decision makers.
- Proven capability to own and exceed $1m quota while closing ~$100k deals.
- Prior sales experience at a startup who has been internally promoted.
- Must be a hunter with experience getting net new business!
- Demonstrated record of consistently hitting/exceeding quota in previous roles.
- Experienced and comfortable selling to C-Suite and VP’s at the mid-market and enterprise level.
- Exceptional communication skills via email, text, presentations, and proposals with the ability to articulate impact with brevity.
- Optimistic and gracious outlook while maintaining a competitive mindset
- A team player — you focus on shared learnings, and can collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the organization has clarity on desired outcomes for customers.
- Have a winners mindset — always looking for ways to win opportunities through creative but practical approaches.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Salary: $120k-$200k base, OTE $200k-$600k
- Other benefits and comp accelerators vary by client.
