💡 What You’ll Be Owning:

🏭 Plant OT Support & Maintenance:

• Be the first responder for on-call and after-hours tech issues 🆘
• Keep production-critical IT systems up and running — from IoT devices to printers 🖨️
• Partner with Engineering & OT teams to power up the plant
• Manage third-party vendors and a crew of contractors like a pro 🤝
• Safeguard systems following top-tier security protocols 🔐
• Stay in constant contact with stakeholders — keeping them in the loop on issues & wins 📣
• Troubleshoot networks, servers, and hardware devices that keep the wheels turning ⚡

📊 Project Management & Execution:

• Jump into project meetings and make your voice heard 🎤
• Help shape OT capital plans and support budget planning 💸
• Lead IT initiatives from concept to completion — and crush those deadlines ⏰

🤖 OT & Manufacturing Tech Partnership:

• Build rock-solid relationships with Operational Technology teams
• Be the go-to expert on everything from virtual servers to cloud systems ☁️
• Master all things hardware: servers, printers, labelers, scan guns—you name it 🖥️
• Support critical production equipment to keep the plant humming 🎵

🔄 Change Management & Quality Control:

• Navigate change management processes like a seasoned pro 🔄
• Support validated systems and ensure data integrity is always top priority 🧮
• Keep the plant aligned with FDA regulations and other compliance standards 🏆

📚 Documentation & Reporting:

• Keep clean, clear, and complete documentation 📝
• Maintain the global Configuration Database (CMDB) like it’s your baby 💾
• Regularly update leadership on project progress, hurdles, and big wins 📈

🎯 What You Bring to the Table:

✅ 5 years of IT/OT experience in a manufacturing environment

✅ Strong background in Manufacturing Operations & Enterprise Management Systems

✅ Bonus points if you know Pharma Manufacturing 🧪

✅ Expertise in Windows Server 2019, VMware vSphere 6.0 , and virtual environments

✅ Deep knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and wireless communications 🌐

✅ Experience in data center management and network security 🔒

✅ A knack for problem-solving and making fast, smart decisions 💡

✅ Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance

✅ Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize like a boss 🤹

✅ Willingness to dive into legacy systems when needed (yes, sometimes that’s still a thing) 🕰️
