At Tenthpin we are seeking talented, client-facing, and collaborative Process Mining Expert (Signavio/ Celonis) (all genders) to join our rapidly growing team. The Opportunity
As a Process Mining Expert (Signavio/ Celonis) Consultant you will strategically align technology with business objectives. This involves direct collaboration with clients as the client’s trusted advisor and oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of technology best practices for effective business solutions.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Product-related initiatives: research, definition, value proposition and main enablers
- Work closely with fellow product managers and process design teams to drive required functionality in the process mining product
- Technical set-up of interface and models
- Deliver internal enablement activities, support trade shows, interact with customers/ partners
- Market responses with Product Marketing
- Working relationship with tech partners
- Be the go-to product expert for other internal teams, executives, sales, marketing, customers, and partners
Your Experience
First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant with exceptional communication skills, the ability to see the bigger picture, and a collaborative approach to creating exceptional solutions. You will also have relevant skills, including:
- At least 3 years of working experience in Global B2B SaaS environment
- Extensive experience of working with Process Mapping and Execution Management Software such as Celonis, Signavio, etc.
- Experience in product management, consulting and/ or pre-sales
- Experience working with midsize and large enterprise customers
- Analytical & creative mindset with “starter” personality
- Self-directed and motivated
- Willingness to travel
- Good soft skills & communication skills
- Fluent in English, German language is a plus
