The Opportunity

As an SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant, you will be instrumental in the implementation and support of SAP solutions for our pharmaceutical clients. This involves direct collaboration with clients as the client's trusted advisor and oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of technology best practices for effective business solutions.

The role will include but not be limited to :

Collaborate closely with clients, providing valuable assistance in the implementation of cutting-edge SAP systems.

Execute the build, testing, and deployment phases, emphasizing SAP PM best practices and innovative customer processes within SAP S / 4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management.

Provide ongoing support for the SAP PM module, including troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and ensuring user satisfaction through effective resolution of inquiries.

Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP PM. Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, functional specifications, and user guides.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various geographies to ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other modules such as MM, FICO, PP, QM, and related business processes.

Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective project governance and management. Provide timely reporting on progress related to activities and work packages according to the program plan and milestones.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP PM Consultant within the pharmaceutical industry; demonstrable experience with SAP S / 4HANA implementations is essential.

Technical Skills :

Strong expertise in configuring the SAP PM module in S / 4HANA-Master Data, Notification Management, Order Management, Corrective, Breakdown, Preventive, Calibration, Refurbishment process, Mobile solution Integration and Reporting in SAP PM.

Knowledge on integration with other modules like MM, PP, FICO and QM with SAP PM.

Support Methodologies : Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for service management; proven experience providing support in a global context.

Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical skills focused on process improvement; ability to generate insightful reports on maintenance performance metrics.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills; adept at collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple regions.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Fiori applications within the SAP ecosystem.

Experience in Life Sciences, or process manufacturing industries, particularly in sectors such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, medical manufacturing and chemicals, would be advantageous.
