We are currently looking to hire an Test Manager (m/f/d):
Your responsibilities:
As a Test Manager, you will:
- Define Test Concepts: Develop and implement testing approaches and standards
- Manage Test Teams and Resources: Ensure test capabilities, onboard testers, and guide the test team
- Create Test Plans: Outline test scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines
- Develop and Review Test Designs: Create and review test cases, scenarios, and data
- Oversee Test Execution and Reporting: Track test execution and report on progress and results
- Manage Bugs: Ensure that bugs are properly documented, processed, resolved and retested
- Facilitate Stakeholder Communication: Inform teams and stakeholders about test status and manage risks
- Develop Test Automation Framework: Select and implement methodology for test automation
Your qualifications:
- You have successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or engineering
- You are passionate about developing deep understanding and expertise for our custom build solutions for life sciences industry
- You have minimum of 3 years’ experience as a test manager in manual software test as well as software test automation
- You have a good understanding for E2E processes and applications based on S/4 HANA and SAP BTP
- You are experienced in Agile
- You have a consulting mindset with strong conceptual and analytical skills
- You are proactive, you value collaboration & teamwork and you communicate excellently
- Experience working in the life sciences industry is a plus
- Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
