Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
- Drive business expansion by building and optimizing the go-to-market strategy.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities by expanding the customer base and cross-selling with other business units.
- Develop and implement a commercial strategy to scale the business.
- Manage 45–50% travel for trade shows, training sessions, and customer meetings.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of industrial sales experience, with a background in fire, fire suppression, sprinkler, or wet-side fire protection.
- Experience with strategic go-to-market plans for each channel we support which included OEM, direct, and distribution
- A strategic thinker who can optimize sales channels and drive business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching, motivating, and engaging teams.
