- Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite Our client is open to candidates who can commute into one of the following offices: Vienna, VA; Pensacola, FL; or Winchester, VA.
- Employment Type: W2 Contract We are unable to accommodate C2C arrangements for this role. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without a sponsoring employer indefinitely. At this time, we can only accept applications from US Citizens, Green Card EAD holders, Green Card holders, or TN Visa holders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes.
- Review solutions to ensure alignment with customer objectives, organizational guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive systems analysis, design, development, and integration tasks.
- Ensure successful implementation of projects by managing project teams, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end solutions using PEGA technology.
- Conduct code reviews, peer reviews, design reviews, and project demos to uphold coding and quality standards.
- Solve complex system and integration problems through innovative and practical solutions.
- Leverage Azure DevOps to manage pipelines, releases, and backlogs effectively.
- Certification: Pega Senior System Architect Certification (required).
- Proven expertise in PEGA Robotics Automation is highly desired.
- Extensive hands-on experience with PEGA technology in designing and implementing solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of the IT process, including architecture, design, engineering, implementation, and operations.
- Proficiency in utilizing Azure DevOps for managing pipelines, releases, and backlogs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery in PEGA, including managing project teams and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Strong experience leading deployments of new modules, upgrades, and system fixes.
- Comprehensive understanding of coding standards, quality assurance processes, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate within complex systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
