Our client, a Fortune 100 Credit Union, local to Vienna, VA, is looking to add a Portfolio Value Management Analyst to join their team on a HYBRID schedule in Vienna, VA. To be considered, candidates are required to currently reside within a commutable distance to Vienna, VA. The hybrid schedule includes a REQUIRED 2 days/week onsite (other 3 days/week are remote. This is a 40 hour/week role with a M-F schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the establishment of portfolio value management/optimization practices within InfoSec by supporting the identification of value streams, identifying appropriate stakeholders and supporting change management activities
- Support existing OKR tracking/management processes to ensure the success of monthly OKR review meetings with InfoSec leadership team by coordinating the collection of status updates and recommending an improved solution
- Provide analysis and recommendations on establishing velocity across InfoSec teams based on feature pointing to aid in capacity planning for operational teams (kanban) and teams focused on initiatives (scrum/scrumban)
- Provide analysis of impact on implementation of lean business cases based on capacity and shifting priorities of teams delivering work
- Track value metrics for portfolio initiatives, such as ROI, cost savings, and strategic alignment
- Collaborate with teams to measure outcomes against established objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Track and monitor portfolio performance against OKRs, budgets, and timelines
- Support prioritization and decision-making by analyzing project impacts, risks, and dependencies
- Support leadership with data-driven insights for budget reallocation and resource optimization
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to enhance portfolio performance
- Monitor risks and issues across the portfolio, escalating them as needed
- Work with project managers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection and alignment
- Identify and recommend improvements to portfolio management processes and tools
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for portfolio and financial management
- Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or Computer Science/Cybersecurity
- Preferred – Banking/financial background
- Information Security or Information Technology background a plus
- 5 – 7 years’ experience supporting Agile initiatives, particularly in a SAFe environment with portfolio value management experience and knowledge of agile techniques, processes, tools that enable the rapid definition, design, build, test and integration of the service or product
- Certified as a SAFe agilest
- Significant experience in working with JIRA or Microsoft Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
