Secure : Develop robust access control mechanisms.
Integrate : Seamlessly connect ServiceNow with other systems.
Analyze : Create insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Test : Ensure quality through rigorous testing and troubleshooting.
Maintain : Perform routine updates and system maintenance.
Manage Change : Oversee change management activities within JIRA.
Migrate : Handle update sets and application repository functionality.
Document : Create and update system documentation and provide training.
Resolve : Investigate and resolve platform issues.
Improve : Identify and implement process improvements.
Adapt : Thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Must Have :
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
- 8 years of work experience.
- At least 3 years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience with IRM / GRC and Business Continuity ServiceNow applications.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale projects end-to-end.
- Experience following an iterative and agile SDLC.
- Implementing ServiceNow integration with other applications via automated data imports and / or iHub spokes.
- Willingness to learn other SaaS products.
