We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Recruiter to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. This is an entry-level, on-site role supporting our Customer Experience division. The recruiter will focus on high-volume, class-based recruiting for contact center and customer service roles. You will play a vital role in identifying and engaging candidates to support our national client base and help drive successful hiring outcomes.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct high-volume sourcing for customer experience roles using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools
- Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, skills, and culture fit
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for upcoming class-based hiring initiatives
- Coordinate with Delivery Managers and Account Managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Manage candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback
- Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to hire
- Attend team huddles and recruiting syncs to stay aligned on hiring priorities and metrics
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to candidate outreach, submittals, and placements
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1 year of customer-facing or administrative experience (customer service, retail, HR, or similar roles)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn recruiting best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort working in digital systems
