Learning Experience
The Learning & Development- Learner Experience team ensures the successful delivery of learning programs and events by providing outstanding client service and effective collaboration across various functional groups. Responsibilities include planning, logistics, delivery, registration, learning management system updates, reporting, instructor sourcing, and live session operational support.

We can only accept the following at this time : US Citizens, GC EAD, GC Holders. Candidates also must reside and work within the continental United States.
Baseline Requirements :
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (e.g., pivots, reporting)
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or comparable systems, such as Cvent or Cornerstone
Project management skills, including managing multiple priorities and writing clear, concise emails and announcements
Experience in onsite or virtual event delivery
Preferred Knowledge :
Leveraging technology to support on-demand and live, instructor-led training
Enhancing learner experience through LMS functionality
Establishing effective networks and supervising onsite resources for L&D program implementation
Operational expertise in large-scale event implementation, process and logistics planning, and onsite event setup
Preferred Skills :
Managing event logistics, including registration, A / V production, and learner relations
Maintaining project economics while being flexible for unanticipated issues
Basic project management skills for planning, supporting, and managing program implementation nationally, within a market, or in a virtual environment
Managing multiple priorities and proactively troubleshooting and problem-solving in real-time, escalating as appropriate
Using databases and other tools to manage course scheduling and delivery
Effective presentation and communication skills for working with clients and team members
Providing customer service and quality-focused delivery of learning solutions to enhance the learner experience
Leading registration work streams and using Learning Management Systems
Developing communications for program participants using accurate formats and modern technology
Core Skill Set and Background Requirements :
Client service mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong presence and communication skills
Self-sufficient with strong initiative and willingness to learn
Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Google platforms, and cloud-based tools
Experience in a professional services firm or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Relevant experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred (high school degree or equivalent required)

Potential for extension beyond June 2025 based on business needs
