Responsibilities
What does a Lot Technician do?
- Strong focus on customer service and professionalism.
- Vehicle inventory maintenance using software to organize inventory.
- Photo fresh inventory arrivals daily using 3rd party phone app
- Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Maintain appearance of show floor vehicles.
- Checking in vehicle deliveries.
- Arranging and collecting body shop estimates for vehicles damaged in transit
- Light janitorial and maintenance duties.
- Assisting sales department with any necessary duties.
- Responsible for starting vehicles and checking gas.
- Maintains organization of new and pre-owned vehicle displays
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside in all weather conditions.
- Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
