This is a contract hybrid role for a Virtual Assistant at TEOS Event Design. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating event logistics, and communicating with clients. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Baltimore, MD.
- Administrative support, calendar management, and communication skills
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
