Description : DevOps Delivery
o Develop and deliver DevOps Consulting Solutions to Our clients
o Provide technical leadership across all areas of the build, release and operations, to ensure delivery of exceptional DevOps technical solutions
o Have at least a broad understanding of technology, process, people, and practice for :
- Agile / scrum methods
- Build and release management
- Infrastructure strategy and operations
- Operations service delivery and support
- IT organizational structure and responsibilities
- Business continuity
- Security
Qualifications : (required qualifications)
o 10 years of relevant work experience
o Ability to work in a distributed and cross functional team environment
o Experience in mentoring and executing Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices
o Extensive experience in IT, leading Operations and Development teams
o Experience in leading DevOps initiative within a large enterprise IT
o Strong knowledge of Continuous integration-Continuous Delivery (CI-CD) / DevOps concept and tools
o Strong Software Engineering knowledge
o Strong technical foundation in (most of the following tools) :
o Knowledge of Agile testing and engineering practices
o Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
o Certified SCRUM Master, Scrum Coach
o SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
o Certifications in any of the above mentioned technical areas will be an advantage
