Description :
Role : Director - Service Delivery Management
Location - Jersey City, NJ (needs to be onsite at client 3 days a week with flexibility for additional days as needed)
Qualifications :
- Senior level stakeholder management skills with significant background in Financial Services, previous experience supporting applications in Capital Markets, Banking and / or Insurance
- 15 years' experience supporting applications running in Unix environments and Windows environments, experience working directly with CIO's and senior business stakeholders
- 7 years of leadership experience leading large production support globally distributed teams
- Agile Software development, and experience in development projects
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills (Written and Verbal)
- Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities
- Self-driven and with an ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiar with risk-based decision-making and escalations
- Previous Technology experience across technologies (Java, .Net, Oracle, Multiple Databases, Middleware)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, and Project) skills
Responsibilities :
Salary Range : $180,100 - $248,900 a year
