The candidate will be responsible for driving new initiatives, come up with new ideas to solve customers' problems, develop project teams, lead workshops / discovery
Responsibilities :
1. Play the role of an advisor to customer and help in building strategies and delivering solutions leveraging AI and Automation.
2. Identify areas and opportunities for application of robotic process automation technologies and develop roadmap for comprehensive solution.
3. Lead innovation and drive projects that yield patentable solutions and gives competitive advantage.
4. Analyze the market for competitive intelligence information and develop proactive proposals for new growth opportunities.
5. Conduct workshops and trainings on best practices and methodologies. Help in building teams to successfully solve technical challenges. Foster the culture of process driven Transformation.
6. Travel : up to 40%, Primarily in US.
Qualifications :
Technical / Functional Skills
1. High level knowledge of Medical Procedures and corresponding Medical Equipment
2. Knowledge of applications of robotics in Medical / Treatment Procedures
3. Sound knowledge of medical equipment manufacturing processes
4. Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and related fields and familiar with approaches to AI
5. Aware of current and future market and technology developments (good to have)
6. Technology savvy and adaptable, to be able to propose new solutions that match the evolving nature of the market.
7. Lean Six Sigma Qualified
Experience Required
1. Experience in formulating and executing high value automation projects
2. Experience in building machine learning infrastructure and models (e.g. recommendation engines, statistical models, NLP engines) to enhance user experience
3. Hands on knowledge of deep learning and its applications in the medical diagnosis domain.
4. Hands on experience in developing Industrial cognitive robots and / or Complex Automation solution
5. Experience with vision guided robotics.
Generic Managerial Skills
1. Project management experience
Education
1. Advanced degree in Robotics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college or university is required.
2. BS with 15 years of experience, or MS / PhD with 8-10 years of experience or equivalent.
