Must be a Strategist who can think ahead and anticipate problems, taking pre-emptive steps to mitigate future risks.
Adept at handling pressure situations involving opportunities from multiple region client teams and global project teams
Ability to take initiative, work with minimal daily direction, and prioritize effectively to deliver accurate results
Educational Qualifications - BE MBA
Proficient in MS-Power point, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Visio skills
Experience in DAM space is an added advantage. Must have prior content management experience.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
Take responsibility for J&J sustain projects and act as the Single Point of Contact for any escalations / clarifications needed by the Business and IT stakeholders and the End Users of the application.
Work with the Cognizant Support team for resolving issues reported by client stakeholders and end users, as per the agreed Service Level Agreement.
Create detailed Root Cause Analysis documents for critical issues and ensure steps are taken to avoid the recurrence of similar issues.
Act as the liaison between Business and IT stakeholders, and our client's technical team. Gather requirements for the new feature requests and enhancements and document them in standard Change Request document format.
Work with the Cognizant technical team to facilitate implementation of new feature requests and enhancements as per the approved requirements and within the agreed upon timelines.
Conduct demo of the implemented solutions to Business and IT stakeholders and co-ordinate the User Acceptance Testing. Update the Training Guide and conduct Training Sessions for End Users of the application.
Prepare reports on Asset Central's key statistics like number of Uploads, number of Approvals etc., system performance and other agreed upon KPIs (like the number of Users and number of Assets in the system).
Conduct weekly status meeting with Business and IT stakeholders and provide them the status reports.
Prepare monthly and annual budgetary project spreadsheets and assist in invoice creation. Track invoice payments and assist in revenue recognition activities.
Build strong professional working relationships across all levels within the client organization. Establish a high level of personal credibility as a trusted advisor to key client executives.
Conducts ongoing needs analysis to determine appropriate services to meet client requirements. Develop Value Propositions that meet Business needs and convert these propositions into opportunities.
Lead and support onsite Customer Management vision, by providing guidance to offshore development and testing efforts as per requirements, use cases and documentation provided
