- Client Partner for Hospitality accounts
- Responsible for superior customer relationship measured by an excellent CSAT scores every 6 months
- Manage teams across multiple locations and responsible for both Delivery and Sales in all the accounts associated to him
- Experience in managing P&L for large accounts and capability to deliver high revenue targets with right margin and running large deals
- Ability to make new connects in customer organization and mine new business in new portfolios within existing customers
- Good communication Skills with expertise in working with travel or hospitality customers (At least for the last 6 years)
- Ability to work with CXOs of customer organization with good presentation skills
- Be ready to travel to multiple cities within US to manage multiple customers
- Manage delivery teams globally for excellence in service provision to customers
