The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the WIS (Integrated Supply) month end closing, monthly forecasts and yearly budget planning and assigned analytical support primarily for the Manufactured Structures (MS) business unit. Works with finance to ensure compliance with required accounting controls and reporting requirements.
- Document the MS month end closing procedures.
- Create a detailed MS month end closing schedule.
- Document the MS monthly forecast procedures.
- Create a detailed MS monthly forecast schedule.
- Document the MS budget process.
- Create a detailed MS budget schedule.
- Assist in the monthly MS actual close.
- Assist in the monthly MS forecast preparation and enter into One Stream.
- Assist in the MS monthly management letter.
- Prepare management's ad hoc requests.
- Assist in creating a new MS financial model to evaluate business opportunities.
- Prepare the MS monthly actual review.
- Participate in the MS monthly balance sheet reviews.
- Participate in the corporate annual balance sheet deep dive review.
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly Financial Council deck.
- Assist in the preparation of the QOR decks.
- Prepare assigned WIS financial models - existing customers or potential new customers.
- Assist in the monthly WIS Directors' Scorecards.
- Participate in Monthly AR review calls with 3 districts.
- Assist in Quarterly CVR Payments process.
- Prepare twice a month a disputes update summary.
- Prepare the MS monthly copper review file.
- Prepare and distribute the MS daily sales reporting.
