Important Note : We are looking for candidates who have very good experience with WebServices Testing and has a strong Workday Integration background. Has to relocate to Atlanta or live in that area. Travel and Remote are not options for this role. This is on-site position
Number of positions - TWO Very URGENT
Job Title : Test Lead- Work day Integration Testing
Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 6 years of Testing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a Test lead capacity
2 years of experience in Workday
Experience in Integration / End to End test coordination
Technical / Functional Skills : o At least 2 years hands on Workday testing
o Experience in working on Workday testing
o Knowledge of Test Processes and Management
o Good overall knowledge of Workday and its interfacing / integration points
o Work experience in Agile and Scrum
o Experience in WebServices, API, and Cloud based testing
Roles & Responsibilities : o (Primary responsibility) Coordinate testing for all integration points outside of Workday. (~200 integration points)
o Work with current Workday Integration team members to coordinate scenarios and executions for E2E System Integration tests
o Perform WebServices, API, and Cloud based tests
o May possibly need to execute or modify automation scripts
o Effective communication and organizational skills is a must. Position involves extensive interaction with internal and external parties
o Work on deliverables, timeline, resource estimation etc.,
o Create Master Test Plans including Testing Timelines, outlining of scopes, environment, dependencies, etc
o Test case / plan creation and documentation
o Test Management and reporting
o Work with onshore / offshore team as required
o Identify areas for process improvement.
o Ability to work with Business and relate to IT requirements where necessary
Generic Skills : o Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must
o Think out of the box to provide suggestions
o Nice to have some knowledge in Retail business
o Be extremely proactive and independent
o Be a value addition to the team to collaborate and achieve success by completing project goals
o Experience using source code control systems, such as SVN, Git, Maven, or CVS
o Strong analytical ability
Education : Bachelors and / or a Masters degree or equivalent
