Description :
An Organizational Change Management (OCM) Engagement Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and management of consulting engagements. This role coordinates supports business development / proposal cycles, including the ability to craft and author compelling responses. OCM engagements may focus on any of these client needs : Business Impact Management, Change Strategy & Architecture; Organization Development & Design; Change Enablement Implementation; Learning & Training.
Accountable for the successful completion, review and approval of client deliverables
Contributes to quality, engagement, schedule, and budget adherence
Contributes to the development of intellectual capital and thought leadership
Responsibilities of Role :
Coordinate deliverable creation with team(s) to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client's satisfaction
Understand project budgets and able to manage resource use and costs
Report project level status, metrics, issues and risks and manage to successful completion
Effectively lead and manage project teams using industry standard solutions (e.g., MS Project)
Design and facilitate client workshops, sessions and meetings
Create detailed project plans, effective communications and compelling presentations
Leverage business and OCM expertise to develop, enhance and socialize solutions
Provide leadership and guidance to others
Collaborate in scoping potential engagements and developing proposals
Qualifications :
Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality solutions
A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a consulting environment or in industry
At least two (2) years' experience managing the work of others in a project-based environment
ERP Implementation experience working with global organizations is a plus
Bachelor's degree
Ability to travel up to 80% on a weekly basis to client locations.
