Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving ticket sales and revenue generation within the Major League Soccer (MLS) organization. This individual will lead and develop a team of entry-level sales representatives focused on selling season tickets, group packages, and premium seating options. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for implementing effective sales strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds performance goals. In addition to team leadership, the role requires strong collaboration with other departments, including marketing and fan engagement, to align sales efforts with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a passion for sports, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing inside sales team.
• Develop and execute sales campaigns to drive ticket and membership revenue.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, feedback, and mentoring.
• Establish individual and team sales goals and ensure accountability.
• Sell Season Tickets, group tickets, and single match packages through meetings with current customers, outbound sales calls and networking contacts
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and outreach strategies.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Represent the club at events and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain high-level of sales efforts and customer service to all clients/customers
Additional Responsibilities:
• Work with all other Departments to improve communication and improve the fan experience
• Committed to the support of Department goals and objectives in all areas
• Involvement in game day activities, promotions, and non-gameday sales events
• Facilitate special projects as assigned
• Additional related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sports management, or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in sports or entertainment.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Passion for sales and the sports industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Archtics ticketing system

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on motivating and innovating
• Works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong leadership skills
• Must be a team player, reliable, and dependable
