Position SummaryThis position supports Tepper Sport and Entertainment with a focus on Charlotte FC’s in-match entertainment experience.  It will be responsible for managing all on field logistics. It will be responsible for the booking pre-match entertainment, including anthem, color guard, CLTFC coronation and pyrotechnic operations.  This position is responsible for hiring and scheduling match day staff. Along with additionally assigned TSE events this position has match day responsibilities in assisting with… Primary Responsibilities This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: •    Manage all logistics for all Charlotte FC First Team entertainment match day entertainment:o    Maintain entertainment budgeto    Oversee match day production scheduleo    Design and manage CLTFC Entertainment field logistics and movemento    Design and manage CLTFC Entertainment field effects o    Maintain equipment and throne readinesso    Maintain equipment of Guard and teamo    Staff and manage event day crew for Charlotte FC o    Manage vendor contractso    Other duties as assigned  •    Manage all aspects of the annual review, selection, and execution of the following match day elements:o    Anthem, Color Guard, Coronation, flyover, and pyrotechnicso    Various match day needs including parking, credentials, tickets, food and beverageo    Build mapping for field movemento    Respond to inquiries Minimum Qualifications• At least 5 years of entertainment and event coordination experience• At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience• Experience with, and work knowledge of, large-scale event production and logistics • Experience with working with large groups• Excellent planning and organizational skills including strong use of spreadsheets• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel software• Demonstrates good teamwork• Works well under pressure and flexible when necessary• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Charlotte Football Club matches and events held on weekends, nights, and holidays• Must pass pre-employment screens• Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information with carefully and with sensitivity• Must be detail-oriented and must be able to multi-task while managing time successfully Work Environment:•    Ability to remain sitting for up to 8 hours at a desk and computer.•    Ability to remain standing/walking for up to 8 hours. •    Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.•    Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, and endure weather conditions including rain, wind, high and low temperatures, etc.•    Must be able to work within a team atmosphere, in non-traditional settings, and work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
