Our client is a growing renewable energy provider backed by a private equity (PE) firm specializing in mortgage securities. The CFO will oversee financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management, shaping strategy and driving growth of the energy company, while also working on select financial projects with the parent company. There is potential for growth within both firms and is a key leadership position.
Base Pay and an Excellent Annual Bonus potential. In addition to Stock
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management.
- Provide leadership and oversight for the accounting team.
- Develop and implement project finance strategies, fundraising initiatives, and investment return analyses.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Lead the development and implementation of internal controls and facilitate a potential transition in accounting systems.
- Manage investor relations activities.
- Work on select financial projects with the private equity (PE) parent company.
Qualifications
Interest / Knowledge of renewable energy a plus
