Role Description:
BizOps is a force multiplier at Terawatt that bridges the gap between strategy and execution. Combining strategic thinking with analytic rigor, BizOps works cross-functionally to solve thorny business problems, unlock bottlenecks, and drive meaningful impact and change. This is a rare opportunity to shape the trajectory of a high growth company that’s electrifying the future of mobility.
In this role you will be tasked with solving a myriad of problems facing the business, from launching and scaling new strategic initiatives to defining company KPIs to developing content for Executive and Board level consumption. No two days will look the same, and you will rapidly develop an end-to-end understanding of the business.

- Lead project-based work supporting the Light Duty and Heavy Duty business units, technology, and operations. Past projects include sizing new markets, developing market entry strategies, and recommending changes to pricing
- Identify and develop business cases for strategic growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Own the processes and artifacts that allow Terawatt to translate its corporate level strategy into priorities (e.g. OKRs) and track/measure success (e.g. KPIs)
- Lead preparation of strategic and financial materials for quarterly Board meetings
- Support the executive leadership team with ad hoc analysis driving critical decisions
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, BizOps, or similar
- Nice to have: experience working in EV charging, energy, infrastructure, and/or at a high growth startup
- Polished communications skills and comfort working with senior management
- Foundational Excel skills with some experience building and maintaining financial and “strategy grade” models
- Excellent deck making and storytelling abilities
