Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to customers and internal teams regarding the operation and troubleshooting of industrial terminal tractors.
- Assist with identifying and ordering parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle warranty claims by coordinating with customers and internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Learn and apply technical knowledge to address common malfunctions and safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of support requests, solutions, and parts orders.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:
