Quality Coordinator
Position Overview: The Quality Coordinator will work under the supervision of the managing director and be supported by the headquarters in the Netherlands. The primary purpose of this role is to continuously improve product and process quality by registering and systematically resolving product deviations to prevent future issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and address product deviations and rejections.
- Initiate and follow up on actions to resolve quality problems within production.
- Escalate recurring or costly deviations to Supplier Development at Terberg headquarters.
- Ensure proper documentation and contribute to quality reports.
- Support production, process engineering, logistics, and aftersales with quality reporting and KPIs.
- Communicate with suppliers about rejections and temporary solutions.

- Experience with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Excel.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
